I bought this from my brother-in-law for his birthday and you could tell when he opened that we was not impressed at all. It seems that it will be easy to tear and not without through the New England Winter? I have not seen it opened up, so I cannot comment on the quality of the lettering etc.

(More customer reviews)I bought these framing mats, for my BCS ticket, directly from "That's My Ticket" and the "yellow" is more of a gold/orange....think Tennessee Volunteers and it is real ugly in person. I tried to get their customer service to send me a true yellow mat and they refused. I will have to go to a local frame shop to remove the under gold/orange mat and replace it with Oregon Duck yellow. Go Ducks!

Rico Tennessee Volunteers Economy Grill Cover Review

(More customer reviews)I ordered this UT grill cover in the color shown...orange with a white T as a gift for someone, and because this is what he specifically picked out. When I received it it was black with an orange T. I checked all the numbers and they matched. I also checked the picture to make sure I didn't pick the wrong item. I emailed customer service and promptly received a solution. My experince with customer service was great...until I received the exact same WRONG item again. I kept it this time as apparently thats all they have and I had to give it as a gift. I did email customer service and explain what happened, hopefully they've fixed this problem. The cover itself is nice and sturdy!

When I ordered it, I wasn't sure what material it was made of, since it didn't say. The back is a thin white plastic material. He said that was good since it would be less maintenance than wood and should be durable and last a while. The colors are nice and sharp. Perfect for an Auburn fan. He liked it though, and that is definitely a good thing!

If you're looking for a high quality cover, DO NOT MAKE THIS PURCHASE. However, if you're like me and needed to complete a theme, it works. Just plan on it being disposable by the end of the season-if it makes it that long.
