(More customer reviews)I ordered this UT grill cover in the color shown...orange with a white T as a gift for someone, and because this is what he specifically picked out. When I received it it was black with an orange T. I checked all the numbers and they matched. I also checked the picture to make sure I didn't pick the wrong item. I emailed customer service and promptly received a solution. My experince with customer service was great...until I received the exact same WRONG item again. I kept it this time as apparently thats all they have and I had to give it as a gift. I did email customer service and explain what happened, hopefully they've fixed this problem. The cover itself is nice and sturdy!
